Delivery Information

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer a free delivery service within UAE only for Products upto 10,000 AED . Delivery Charges are applicable depends upon the Country / Region. Before you Checkout Please Contact our Shop.

If the delivery charge to the country of destination exceeds $40 at time of booking we will contact you for payment of the excess amount. All items are insured against loss or theft and we urge customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

All international orders are sent using FedEx Priority. We may use other courier services if FedEx Priority is not available. Delivery with FedEx usually takes between 3-5 working days.

A signature will be required and if you are not available to accept the parcel FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange.

Following dispatch we will send you a tracking reference so you can check the progress of your parcel online.

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.  Diamond Boutique has no control over these charges and we advise consulting with you local customs office if you are unfamiliar with the charge that will apply.

DELIVERY OF IN-STOCK ITEMS

Stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order. If you need it immediately please contact us before 7pm on the day of order by email or telephone and we will arrange same day delivery, excluding Fridays and bank holidays.

Common ring sizes usually in stock are J, K, L, M, N, O and P. Wedding bands, solitaire engagement rings and eternity rings are usually made to order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are dispatched between 4-6 weeks from the date of order. These items are made to order enabling us to keep our prices competitive. If you require the item immediately we can fast track the order for an additional charge of  50$. Using this service you have the guarantee that your item will be dispatched between 3-4 weeks from the date of order.

For pre-order items we will contact soon after the order has been placed with the estimated delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied we will send you a full refund.

Ring sizes below H and above Y are made to order and are non-returnable.

RETURNS

If you find that something does not feel right with your new purchase do not panic. All you need to do is let us know and we will happily give a full refund within 30 days of purchase or exchange it for another item.

All we ask is that the item is kept in its original packaging, with the diamond certification (if applicable), unworn and returned in a saleable condition. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any items that does not meet the above return requirements according to Diamond Boutique's sole discretion.

All returns must be sent as received. Diamond Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please email us if you wish to return an item and we will send you instructions on how to do this.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.

Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 days.

The return policy is not applicable for items which have been modified, altered or changed e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within 3 days unless the item you wish to exchange it for is on pre-order.

In the unlikely event an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges have to be of the same or greater value of the original item.  Any excess amount will have to be paid to Diamond Boutique before dispatch.

The exchange policy is not applicable for items which have been modified, altered or changed e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc.
